BODY TYPES

Folks, your body type is genetic. There is three type; Endomorph, Mesomorph and Ectomorph. You probably ask what type are you? here is the break down on each one and what type of exercises you need to do. before I go any further I have to give credit to Sb tribune news paper (wednesday september 15 2004 )for put such a great article about body type. I have search for so many ideas about health and fitness but this one deserved to pass along so here it is ladies and gentlemen.

After you read this you will improve your endurance by 110% .

Alright enough said. here is some neccessary tips.

Endomorph; - Hips wider than Shoulder - Gain weight easily - Example: Most football linemen and Beyonce. The weight gain around midsection,hips and thighs ( hourglass look alike). What to do - Cardio - cardio with the same token include weight afterwards a lot of reps. - Choose weight that enables you to wear out your muscles and do alot of compound exercises such as squas and lunges.

Mesomorph: - Thick frame in men and rectangular shape in women - Broad Shoulder and narrow waist and hips - Puts muscle easily - Example: Andrew Muze, Sylvester Stallone, Madonna. Mesomorph refer to muscle mostly are bodybuilder shape. What to do - Eat more and well - Get massages once a week - learn to contract every muscle. - Compund Exercises - less reps and set - want size, increase your reps and food supply. FYI Meso are naturally athletic and have a high degree of muscle mass. Other recommended exercises include cross-trainning, high rep weight trainning , Push-up, sit-up, Pull-ups and circuit trainnig.

Ectomorph; - Hips and Shoulder same width - Thin build - Many pro models or Runners this is what we call skinny - Type: Chris turker & Michele Williams. What to do - eat a lot - skip cardio if you must stay on fat-burning range - Heavy weight - Work the bigger muscle with heavy exercises such as bench press - change your routine monthly.
