According to statistics a lot of people are obesity...

We need to change our habits, but how?--exercise for fifteen minute a day can maintain you body shape and boost you energy by 110%.Let cut to the chase here is the routine that can change your life once and for all.

Monday( legs)squart in front of your TV.15rep 3sets make sure to maintain your perfect posture. Tuesday, chest and abs you need 7minute for your abs, do crunch and bicycle kick 25rep, 2 set each. Last 8min is for your chest push up 20rep, 3set for rookies follow your own pace, also proper breathing is the key, inhale up, exhale down. Wednesday, back seat on the chair and maintain proper posture, your back straight, your head straight and chin up.

Take deep breath in and exhale slowly while still maintain correct posture do this every 3 second for 5 min. This will help release tension and stress on you back. last 10 minute , stand straight up you feet firmly planted on ground, bend over and touch your toes make sure your back is making an arch. lift up you body repeat this process for 10rep, 2sets.
